I have this gauge brand new still in the box. I bought it and just used my scan gauge to get the trans temp. I'll ship it to the 48 for $120. Jegs and Summit sells this gauge for $140 plus the ride.

yes it comes with everything to hook it up. it comes with the sensor to install in your pan or however you want

Heres is the fittings and the sensor man. There is a wiring harness also but i didnt get a pic of it. I believe that brown packet is locktite or something.
