differential needed as well!!

well i pulled my rearend end apart and the differential is smoked.. the ring and pinion is in fine shape as well as the axles.. anyone got a diff or got any ideas??? thanks ahead for any help.!

I still have the stock open diff out of my truck. Only has about 25k on it and is in perfect working condition.

im reallly wantin a locker. but something is better than nothing.. what are you asking out of it..
