Drive Shaft Safety Loop
What have you done for a drive shaft safety loop? Is there a good one to buy or do you have to fabricate it yourself? Do you mount it on the crossmember or run it across from frame to frame? I bought a Lakewood universal but dont think it will work without some modifications.
Looking for a solution, thanks.

I have two of the Lakewood universal driveshaft loops, two piece driveshaft. The front one bolted right to the floor of the cab. The rear one, I had to make a strap across the frame from side to side to mount it due to the location and zero clearance to work with on the floor of the cab and the proximity to the fuel tank and muffler.

Ricky's is not NHRA legal because its not located within 6" of the end of the driveshaft. That's just for pretty.
I can't see the panhard bar, where is it in the photo?

Gotta be 2" wide 1/4" steel or tubing that meets minimum diameter and gauge as well.
