4.8 to 6.2

well thats what im going to do after all,finally made up my mind.i just need to know if theres anything else i need for this swap besides tune?ill be staying with 4l60e,wish i could do the 6spd auto,but the 6.2 is already expensive as it is.

so all the sensors,plug ins,wiring the same?

Knock sensor need to be moved from the valley to the side of the motor....need to move the cam sensor plug to the front of the motor and switch the wires in the plug marks "A" & "C" also the LS3 is a 58x reluctor wheel so you will also need to either have a 24x put on it or i think they make a adapter for it now

did not know yours was an 08...you should be fine on all the stuff i just posted then...my bad :D

stay with the 4 speed auto heard to many horror stories about that 6 speed auto

6500 is crazy for the peformance those motors offer. hell i dont even have 6500 into my 4.8 and turbo setup.
