6.2 L92 swap?

i have an 01 sierra RCSB with a 4.3 & a 5 speed.
and would like to swap it to a LQ9 with an auto trans.:)
but i like the 6.2 L92. have any of you tried it or know what it takes for a L92 swap? ECU? harness? motor mount? trans? rear end?
ive heard the LQ9 is an "easy" swap. id like either but that L92 is pretty nice.
i drive escalades daily(in a valet) and love those L92:hyper2:

u have a v6 so u have to do a new harness so it wouldent me that much harder than a 6.0 ethier way u will need trans and rear end eventualy

so the hardest part would be the harness???
