I put this on the Dodge site and LS1Tech.
By the suggestions from 99SilveradoSS we're going to get something going on Saturday October 16th at Hallsvile Dragway.
You guys tell me what you want to do and I'll get it set up. If you want to get a bracket race going on, we can do that. We will obviously have some grudge matches going on since it will be a Chevy vs Dodge thing.
This thing is open to all of ya'll. Travel time from Dallas would be about 2-3 hours depending on where you live and traffic (I've made it from Dallas to Hallsville in about an hour and a half though). Shreveport, it's about an hour from the heart of Shreveport or Bossier. Not sure how long it would take to get there from Houston.
To get to the track you would take exit 604 (Hwy 450) north off of I-20. You will pass the high school and come to a light. Go straight through the light, and about 2 miles down you will come to the track on the right. You will probably pass it the first time because it's on a blind curve, but you can't miss it.
Here's a map of the track. The star is on the road just passed the track, but it will get you there.

OMG, yall are coming into my backyard...i live 4.5 miles from it!!! but i goto school at UNT so going home that day will be tough...Kinda funny, i live 4.5 miles from the 1/8 in Denton, too. Last time i checked, same owner as Hallsville.
To clear things up: Home Home is hallsville, School Home is in Denton. Tracks at both places.

Holy crap, you're in Denton ,too? Sweet...you'll know its me if you see that truck going balls to the wall off any light, lol. I may try to go home, for that GTG in Hallsville, but i dunno yet.
