RANT on stupid people

There is a junkyard of a place in my town. Claims to be a atv and auto shop. Even goes as far as to claim a Racing team with no Racing cars. They have junked out tons of NICE fixable cars. INCLUDING a from what I know all original 71 Dart swinger. Turned it into a dirt track car and basically its totaled now. The only thing they had that I looked at every time I passed was a BEAUTIFUL 68/69/70/71 (ive never looked into the years) pontiac Firebird. The body was so straight it had to be worth 10k to a collector. Been there for months I figured they would want a ton for it since it was in so good of shape so I never even stopped to ask. I THINK its even a v8 car. Well I drive by today and low and behold they have started destroying this peice of american muscle car history. I look over and from a distance of 30 yrds I can tell EASILY there is a FAKE blower sticking out of a hood that they SAWZALLed . NO way of keeping the water out of the engine bay. The "blower" looks like 3 exhaust pipes welded together with lil red peices in them. HOW can someone do this to a car that nice. HOW strong do the drugs in your veins haft to be to degrade this wonderful ride. I am going to try and stop by tomar on my way to work and try to buy it before it is trashed. Looking at it today made me literally sick.

Wonder which of those two bodies you mentioned it was? Doesn't matter....don't understand why this happens. Go buy it now. At least find how much they want for it before it gets worse. Maybe someone can buy it and resell it for profit as well as find it a good home.

That Swinger being turned into a hacked up dirt track car is sad. I'm a big fan of A-bodies (both Mopar and GM)

It is the 69 model is what the pops said. He said " I hate pontiac but that is the one model I like" It is depressing. I HOPE they will sell it.
