I seen the sticky thread on this very nice and helpfull but it says that u need to reflash ur pcm for the 4L80e. My question is who can do this can the dealer or does it have to be a tuner? Im new to all of this so if u could put in new guy turms that would be great

Nope, not at the dealer.
not only the retune but the wires are in different places on the trans harness that goes to the pcm...so u will need a 4l60-4l80 conversion harness...pretty sure nelson performance carries those too
