Id get one asap, its not recommended to run it that way and it will run really sluggishQuote:

We did it in my buddies truck about 3 months ago. For some reason the tuned PCM for the 6.0l swap would work, so we put the 4.8l pcm back in and it ran fine. Just dont get on it real hard. It did keep trowing MAF out of circuit codes until we got it tuned.
