Tuned by ????

I keep seeing tuned by HPT tuned by Virgil or Nelson tuned. I am green at the Factory tune thing so what is or who is HPT tuned by Virgil or Nelson and how do you get it done. I have a 4.8 and would like to get it running a lot better. Later I am going to put a blower on it but for now just get it running better.

Nelson does it as a buisiness and is very good. I think Virgil (mean05) just does it as a hobby and maybe a little bit of extra income, he does know his stuff though.

Like he said allen nelson is in SA texas and does mail order and live tunes.
And virgil Mean05 lives in dallas area and does live tunes.
