well guys im not really new here but its been almost 2 years since i posted. so heres a vid of my 96. it ran a 11.7 that pass but pulled the front wheel. i came off the button on accident when it left that hard..(i hold button in hand for street racing since it hooks on motor i can floor it and come on and off the bottle if i have to). its gone best of 11.5 on radials and 93 octane with the one 150 shot. i havent hit big kit at track yet nor have i got a clean run on slicks and race gas.

its a stock bottom end with 30 over fordged pistons(355). world product sportsmen 2 heads, demon 750, vic jr, solid roller, 4200 ptc stall, th350 , 3.90 tru trac. was ladder bar coilover went back to leaf but stock shocks in coilover location. no overload leaf and needing some long bars bad lol. its got hooker super comps and 2.5 inch with a x pipe.

when i built this i was suppose to go ls but person backed out on motor and i went old school. now that im ready im looking to do ls single turbo. leave the th350. and leave a small shot on it so i can leave hard and let it spool up and GOO im tired of low trap speeds lol

still tho that thing hooks up and goes for sure. might not be as fun off the line with a turbo, but you would easily walk that evo even more.

hmm i thought a stout bottom end with a quick 100 shot out the hole on a timer for 3 to 5 seconds would get it jumping out and spooled up then let the turbo carry it. but you never know till you do it. i think im gonna start off with a t-76 and maybe a 4.8 just to get everything in and working correctly. as far as piping, the air to water intercooler, the vic jr with elbow set up and everything else. then have some fun crusing around with the worst lag in the world which will motivate me to get the new motor in lol.

lol yeah thats my buddys. i ran a fully built evo 9 with a 57 trim him on race gas tune. he got me by a car. but ive also ran fully bolted with meth and a 30r 07 sti and he almost **** himself when i jumped out on him lol. it leaves way harder on the wrinkle walls on the street.. but the 325-50-15 et street radials dont do too bad if i wait like 20 feet to hit the button
