LS1/th700 setup

Will there by any problems to use the "ECM#12200411" to my LS1/th700 setup with Wiring:
Painless Performance: LS1/LS6 Wiring Harness/1997-2004/Mechanical Throttle Body/Extra Length

My LS1 is from a dameged ´99 camaro with T56 transmission.

I would think it will be fine. Painless makes some nice wiring harnesses. I would just call them just to make sure. Since you are kinda far away, let one of us know and we can make the call for ya.
