Tougher parts??????

I was woundering if there are any tougher parts for the front end of my truck? I need to replace my inner tie rods, idler arm, and pitman arm again, I know that I can get sleaves for the outer tie rods but what about the inner tie rod?

I replaced the idler and pitman arm about 2 years ago.

Noticed all this on Sunday when the truck was on the lift, installing the headers on the truck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cognito has all that available for you on their website. I was going to throw the idler and pitman arm upgrade, 6" rear springs, and UCA relocating upgrade on mine but my direction has changed now. A friend has the I&PA Upgrade and his truck steers so nice and firmly. Makes it almost drive like a brand new truck. The Rear Leafs are def. a nice upgrade especially when you are pushing decent HP to the Rear wheels and want to get rid of Axle Wrap. They are only good till about 500 HPish and then you will need a traction Bar setup.
