You might want to log your truck and see if you are running lean and what the injector duty cycle is. If all looks ok then there is no need to upgrade. You won't gain any HP by simply switching injectors if what you have now is supplying enough fuel.
Yep...and you'll need tune adjustments too. Now's the time to do it if you're waiting on a mail order tune anyway.
do you happen to know the stock injector size of the 6.0 compared to say a 6.0 in a corvette?
I think the stock injectors are 24LB for your 6.0 and 28.8 for the LS1. Not enough difference to make a ****.
ok thanks, im gonna look into maybe finding some.
But if you switch, you also want to look for the type of injector wiring plug...some require you to hack into the stock harness and hard wires these in... I would rather spend the extra couple bucks and get the plug-and-play pigtails...
Also, check for the overall height of the injector..some types require you to space the fuel rail.
the stock truck injectors are too small to begin with rather alone a modded motor. dependin on year of vette motor they could be 28s or 32s i believe
both would help aid in duty cycle but you would have to convert to car style plugs

That's what I've heard from more than one tuner. Especially in my case with a 6.0 that has the same injectors as smaller V-8's in many cases.
