Are you trying to make your own topic or post in someone elses? If your trying to post in someone elses, I believe the administrator has locked posting so people's garages dont get spammed or flammed. If you are trying to post contact one of the moderators or administrators
This is correct. If you want to create you own "My Garage" topic, that is what that section is for. No comments are allowed to other posters. You may PM them if you would like to discuss something.
