Hey Tbyrne, is there a time when you'll offer a steeper monthly discount than 10%?
I'm guessing that might be during group buys but was curious.
It seems 10% is pretty standard across the board with vendors.
so much so, that it makes me believe you could look on any website and automatically deduct 10% of that?

DO you ever respond to your e-mails? I've sent you 2 on price requests and have never heard from you

GreenMachine: The whole pricing structure for automotive parts on the net has pretty much gone down the drain so there isn't much $ in alot of products. 10% ends up being a round number for a discount :) GPs can sometimes provide you with a little more savings but that wouldn't be much more on some products.

Silverado03: I reply to some e-mails with other people here cover the rest. There could be a few reasons that you haven't received a reply -

1 - You sent it after we closed on Friday night. E-mail is sometimes done on the weekends if someone is in but it's usually replied to on Monday.

2 - A very smaller percentage of e-mail that comes in (less than 1%) is picked up by our spam software. That mailbox is scanned through before it's emptied but we sometimes miss the good ones once in awhile.

and 3 - you question could require research so that might be happening before you get a reply.
