Changing spark plugs
Who here knows the best way to get to that right rear plug on the 4.8L? The others don't look bad, but that last one looks tricky. Also, what are peoples recomendations on what kind of plug to replace the originals with? I've heard the E3's are good. Info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

lol is that the passanger side or driver side...right rear could be either side depending on how you look at it...but most hard one you can use a swivle and a 3" extension

gotcha...swivle and the 3" will get it...put the swivle on the socket and the ext on the swivle

e3 are good plugs but they seem to wear out quickly

dropem, what would you recomend?

e3's have a shorter life than others. You're gonna get a lot of answers but I like the ACDelco iridium 41-985's.
RH is always the passenger side, LH is always the driver side.
I use a plug socket that has a u-joint made onto it along with a 2" extension.

GasGuzzler, are the AC Delcos you are talking about are the OEM plugs or different?

They are the updated OEM replacement for the original platinums. Not sure when they were put in service.
