Custom INtakes for Vortec 350 98s

I was wondering if anyone has HOME MADE a intake for the old body style trucks 98 vortec 350?..

Can I get an elbow to fit the Tbody and use the stock air box?....

any suggestions would be nice....any pics if you have any

Then get you a flexible hose and some clamps, along with a kn filter and you're set.
