2005 6.0L block, bored .030 over. #7 has some scratches on the cylinder walls. Needs to be taken to .040 or .050 over to clear up. All the other cylinders are in good shape.

You have the main caps that are for that block, don't you? I don't see any in the pictures.

the majority of my 5.3 stuff will swap right over right?
I think there's probably about 45k miles on the block, but I got it from a wrecked truck so that number is only as accurate as the guy who sold it to me. I personally have put about 25k on it. Since it needs machine work though, you really only need to worry about the block being cracked (which it's not) since any machine work will take care of the cylinder walls.
I'm not sure what you're getting at when you ask if all the 5.3 stuff will swap over. Are you talking about internals, or bolt ons, or what?
The blocks are the same dimensions externally and have all the same holes tapped and such.
Internally, you can use any 4.8/5.3/6.0/LS1/LS6 cam in it. Any of those cranks will work too assuming you use the mating parts that are designed for them.
