Overload spring removal ?

How much will it lower my truck if I remove my overload spring?

The thickness of the spring. 1/2" at the most.

Better off buying 2'' drop shackles. They are cheap and easy to install. Look for used ones under $50

I already have the drop shackles but I want to go lower.

Can you get hangers without shackles? But my reasoning for the overload spring is that it's free!!!

Put up a wanted add... Im sure somebody arround here has an extra set

I took my overload out and it dropped an inch but i needed traction bars afterwards

I might put an add up after I get my 4:10's and govloc. Cowl after removing the spring you lost traction?
