Adjustable Shocks?

I haven't searched that hard yet, but I'm just wondering if anybody knows who makes adjustable rear shocks for out trucks, or a shock that is softer so the a** end will drop good on hard launches? Thanks in advance.

Rancho and procomp make adjustable shocks. Pretty sure KYB does too.
