They are a easy install. Just lift the rear of the truck by the frame, unbolt the leaf spring, take out old shackle, slap in the new one. Good luck with it. I did it on my truck but they didn't level me out at all lol, still have about 1.5 inchs of rake.
When you lift the truck... put it on jack stands on the frame. Then use the jack to jack up the rear end just enough to take the weight off the springs. Have a buddy, and 2 ratchet wrenches. Oh yeah after you install tighten, then drive arround the block, then retighten. Need to be kinda tight. Keep your old shackles, incase somebody needs them or you go back to stock.Quote:
