Any advice?
I installed 2" Belltech spindles up front and 2" shakles in rear.
Installed new 4 Belltech Streetperformance shocks.
Followed all recommended torque specs.
Had an alignment done.
I'VE GOT AN INTERMITTENT SHIMMY. ONLY ON BREAKING, MOSTLY WITH LIGHT BREAKING.
Any suggestions?

It sounds like your rotors are warped. Easily repaired by a brake lathe, or upgrade to better quality new ones.

Yep classic case of warped rotors, don't really know how you related it to the drop though. Did it do it before you had the work done?
Well DUH. Any "light shimmy" under braking is caused by warped rotors. Go have the milling depths checked by a brake place or O'Reilly's. O'Reilly's will turn rotors for $7 each. If it is past it's machining limit, they will tell you and you will have to buy new rotors. But still, aside from having your own lathe, you can't beat paying $7 for a freshly machined rotor...
