Everyone that has the 160 degree PowerStat . How do I remove air pockets, I lost the install sheet and Hypertech does not have them on there web site..

You should be able to just fill up the resovoir let it get warm, turn it off, let it heat soak and repeat the procedure,
Just make sure you have enough water in it and keep an eye on the temp gauge, and go drive it and then fill it up some more.

Now how much of coolant and how much of water? I'm not good with math
On the owner manuel It tells me to 14.9quarts..
That is 3 3/4 gallons. You could do 2 gal antifreeze and the rest water.

I also noticed it was much easier to fill the radiator before burping the system. Remove the upper hose and start filling it up until it's full.
Once it's full, stick the hose back on the agua pump.
Then fill that resivor. It will slowly fillup the more you put into it.
I did that and went for a drive...I added ~1/2 after that intor the resivoir and it's been fine since. :smile:
