What kind of gains can be expected from putting zo6 cam in a stock 5.3?
Probably not much. They are good turbo cams, but on a stock motor you may feel a slight increase over probably 3000 RPM, but it wouldn't be enough of a gain for the trouble of the cam swap IMO.
