O2 Codes

I need to get an inspection this month and I'm throwing a few codes. Does Nelson turn off the rear O2s?
P0133, O2 CKT Slow Bank1 Sen1
P0135, O2 Heater Circuit Malfunction Bank1 Sen1
P0155, O2 Heater Circuit Malfunction Bank2 Sen1
P1133, Manufacturer Control Fuel Air Metering.

What is the P1133. Is it going off because of the O2s? Should I replace both front O2s first?
