Alright, this has been going on for awhile but i noticed an anoying squeak comin from my front drivers side A-arm every time it moved at all. I have sprayed it down with silicone spray and it stopped for about 30 minutes.:(.
I have also noticed when I turn the wheel it pops and creaks and sometimes it rattles and feels loose..:hyper2:.Someone please help me.(by the way I have already changed my shocks)
Hmmmm...sounds like a worn out ball joint. Pop that bitch out and put a new one in...

I'm with these guys. As a precaution, you might want to check to idler and pitman arms also. Mine was popping and had a wobble to it when I turned and my idler arm was thrashed. Might as well take a look while you're under it. The pitman seems to usually go before the idler I think, but I might be wrong.
try filling the grease fittings with grease first before you replace anything. mine will squeak from time to time and I just fill them back up and they are fine
synthetic grease would be best in my opinion!!! its all i use..
Put your truck on jack stands under the CONTROL arm, not the frame. Just enough to lift the front tire you want to check. If you put a prybar under the tire and lift straight up and feel any movement, stick your head back there and see which balljoint had movement. Most GM balljoints don't allow any spec for movement before they are "out".
Now grab the top and bottom of your tire and tilt the top towards you then the bottom towards you back and forth several times. Thats your bearings. I have replaced several of the NBS hub assemblies dues to totally shot bearings. That part just unbolts with like 3 bolts and your abs sensor so easy. Then go left towards you, right towards you several times. Still checking bearings, but also allows you to see idler arm/pitman arm movement up and down...cause that is a bad thing.
Bad control arm bushings can cause strange sensations in steering, and really weird things when you brake, like jumping from one side to another.
