'99 and '05 front bumpers the same?

Got a member interested in mine...they look the same but I don't want to guess on it.

Moze, the front bumpers on a 99-02 Silverado and 00-07 Tahoe and Suburban are the same. The bumpers on an 03 and up Silverado are different than a 99-02.
