hey, a buddy of mine wants to buy my shorties from me, and this is the time to make the upgrade to longtubes and ORY... the thing is, he has a new body style truck with 5.3L engine the same as me, but we are not sure if my headers will fit in his truck.. thanks!!
also, how many hp can i gain with lt's instead of shorties??
Yes, they will fit on his truck. The part numbers for an 06 and 08 truck match up. Get some long tubes and ORY.

I don't know. It does look like AutoAnything may be the cheapest. You can also contact TRT Turbo. I know they sell them as well.

hey bud, is it worth it to get ceramic coateds instead of NON-CERAMIC coated as you did? do they sell them in that place too? appreciate!
Well, it kinda depends on where you live. If you live near the coast, I would highly recommend the ceramic coated or stainless steel headers. If you live in dry, non-humid climates, you can get away with the black painted ones. It doesn't matter if it is 4WD or not. They will fit.
I checked the site out and yes they have the ceramic coated LT's for $354. This is the cheapest I have been able to find and believe me I have searched.Quote:
