it should work... there are a few $wd drive guys here along with plenty of AWD trucks... im sure someone can give you some great advice
What year is your truck? We need more info.
i think KYSilverado has a 4wd pickup
My truck is 4X4 Z71.
2001 regular 4x4
If you just want to lower your truck 2 inches, get new rear axle u-bolts and remove your lift blocks. Then you can lower your front torsion bars one to two inches so the front matches the rear. You should also relocate your rear suspension bump stop off of the bracket to the frame. Don't forget to have your alignment reset IMMEDIATELY after, or it will eat tires.
AKloweriderZ71 how did you lower your truck? It really looks good and don't know if I want to go that far but the way your truck looks makes me want to that low.
3 inch drop keys in the front, removed lift blocks plus 2 inch shackles in the rear, relocated rear bump stops to the frame, cut one "circle" off front and rear bump stops, and installed KYB Monomax shocks for an SS Silverado all the way around. Reset the alignment, and it rides and drives like stock. Thanks for the compliment!
4wd frame/suspension here, but just 2wd.
2/3 drop with keys & drop leafs.
