Gauge cluster warranty questions

when I take my truck in to get a new gauge cluster bc of the failure problems, i heard they reflash your PCM. Is Wheatleys PCMs locked? or can the dealership still reflash it? Thanks

shouldnt be able to reflash it if its locked.. Im pretty sure wheatleys is locked.

they didnt reflash mine when i took mine in for warranty....just make sure and tell them not to

or just order a new cluster and install it urself. i dont see why ud have to have it reflashed by them, hell it just plugs in. im sure wheatley could take care of anything that needed changing. get ahold of charlie and see what he says.
