Tell them the top one is for the "V-tack" and it lights up when it is in "V-tack mode," and the other one doesn't do anything....it just lights up and displays random numbers that you use when your play the lotto...

I wanna get those in my truck but im not sure on what ones or how to wire them.

They just plug in to your ALDL port (under the dash).

i think on a 2000 he may also have to hookup the power wire
