Question for Nelson Performance . . .

Just wondering if y'all have developed a tuning upgrade yet for the 2008 6.2 6L80E powertrain? Is the VVT or 6-speed auto with this combo an issue?

As you are aware, the 6.2 is already 91+ octane "recommended", and I don't mind feeding it 93 octane.

Definitely want to get rid of the top speed limiter. I'll be towing one of my Pontiacs (6000# +) from time to time, and would of course "enjoy" more torque and power all the time.

If you have tuned a 6.2, please post back the HP & TQ improvements if you don't mind.

I'd have called or e-mailed, but since I couldn't find any info on the forums I figured I'd post here so everyone can benefit.

We use hptuners for our tuning solution and YES, we can tune it up for you.
However, to take advantage of the transmission tune, we need you to come by for a live tune.
GM was nice enough to put the tcm inside the trans on this truck.

We can also adjust for any modification you decide to install.
