Lowering my truck
Right now I have a 2 inch drop in the rear i am looking for another 2 in the rear and 2 in front wondering the best way to do it springs or spindles and what about the shocks...... Also am i going to have to reposition the rear axle. Thanks......
I am looking for a nice comfort ride not bumpy as hell ride...lol And also how hard is it to install the shackles since the hanger is already in place and the springs in front....... and after it is done i am sure it will have to be aligned right........... thats it thanks......

Shackles arent bad, just a little time consuming. Gotta grind out the rivets and put the new ones up front.
As far as the front spindles work very well for just 2"

coil springs are the cheapest route for about$50-$75 and they give a 3" drop! But the 2" drop spindles ride better but they will break your wallet a little more than coil overs! The rear you can do a 2" hanger! Just a lot of work but not to bad! I did mine in about 6hours with air tools and a rack!

So since i dont have those tools i should just have someone install them. About what is the going price for the rear hangers and install price..... Also i am guessing since i dont have a spring compressor i should have someone do that also..... A good place anyone i am in the houston area........ thanks.......

If you want I will do the drop for 500 installed all parts included.
2'' coilsprings and 2'' hangers and can have it done same day.
I live in spring north of houston.

getting prices and that sounds very reasonable...... shocks included or not.... let me know thanks... thinking about doing it when i come back from my trip to the casinos.......... easter weekend.......

Nitro drop shocks all the way around. you can use your stock shocks but it will ride better with these.

uh just do it your self its not like you need major tools or anything we just a did a 5-6 drop on my buddies truck with basic tools. You gotta learn some how right.

the easiest way to lower the back is to throw a bunch of junk in the bed..no tools required! ;)
