5/16 and 3/8
5/16 on the rails and 3/8 ar the filter? do you know if the threads are NPT or not?
The fittings are 3/8" on the pressure side and 5/16" on the return side. The fittings on the filter should be straight thread but I'm unsure of what size they are since I always toss the truck filter in favor of a Corvette internally regulated filter for a single line fuel rail.

The filter fittings are metric o-ring 14mm x 1.5
