Any of yall ever done an underdrive pulley? A buddy of mine did it on his Stang and he picked up some power. I'm not planning on running a big system through this thing. A single Apline Type R 12 at most. What do yall think? Any links to site's that sell them? Any tips on installing one? Thanks for the help.

I've heard of 8-12rwhp gains with the pulley. There are tons of sites that sell them. maybe try Tbyrne

I got my underdrive pulleys from Tbyrne. Came with belt and instructions. I had a friend do mine. He need a differant pulley puller to get it off, but with the right tool it came off fine. Make sure you get the pulley for the alterantor also. At lights volts are low but run on up to 14 on the gas.

I bought an underdrive pulley from TByrne. $250 or so. It made the truck accelerate all the way to the 5800RPM line, before it felt like it was running out of steam around 5400RPM. There is also a touch better initial tip in. They say only 8-12RWHP.
I had to use an overdrive pulley (smaller than stock) to the alternator that VV8 was kind enough to help me with so that I could keep full charge all the time.
Also, I tried and took it to 2 different places to get that damned original pulley off. It is on there with something lie 270LB/ft of torque. Absolutly unreal.
I think it was worth it, though.
