Damn good price, what are the casting numbers eventhough it really doesn't matter.

are they complete? n will they fit my 04 5.3?
they'll fit, i just pulled my stage 2 heads off my 5.3 and mounted them on a 6.0
How much benifit for my motor? 03 6.0L
how many miles, what size chambers, what casting? springs come with?
