96 305 w/4l60e to 98 5.7 w/5speed ????????

Im just wondering if anyone has done this and what kind of problems they ran into???? Any info will help. Also Im considering a cam, any suggestions

I will work but the 98 PCM is different from the 96 and 97 if you are going to usi it. I have a 2000 complete manifold on my 97 in the garage that I pulled and it swapped right over with no issues. You might have to use a couple of the old sensors though. What did the 5.7 come out of a truck, vette or camaro?
