lock up ? converter.

tonight i had allen lockup my stall through tune .i was wondering how is this supposed to work .like what speeds or isnt it a gear /speed depending situation?seems to be working ok but it seems like when i let off the gas it immediately comes unlocked or is it just because of my speed?any opinions on how this should be working .3200 stall .

That's what mine does. My factory converter did that. I think thats normal. It should lock up at 40 - 45 mph on normal throttle and on the highway.
