bypass or blowoff ?

ok m looking too get red of compression on motor when decellarrating .im confused .is there a diff.in bypass or blowoff.id like to find something quiet if possible .could i get some links or sugge.too clarify and show mw what similar too buy .i don want problems but my compression is too high now that i put the smaller pulley on ,im like 10-12 psi .there must be a way of decompressing .i dont want too regulate my boost too blow off just slowing down-decompression.please help me out here guys.links ,pics ,sugg. sorry i lost the thread, bypass recirculates the air and a blow off releases it. my procharger came with a bypass, but when i let off the throttle the whole supercharger would shake real bad from the recirculated air. i don't think it was working properly though. the shock waves from the air backing up when the throttle plate closing were hitting the impeller blade. and i remember you said you dont want anything loud i was just saying i have a RFL which stands for really freaking loud. but that was just left over from my turbo eclipse. have you called vortec to see if they sell anything for your kit. i dont know how yours is plumbed i just replaced what was already there.
