About to replace mine. Whats the best brand out there?
just posted this same question on another forum, so gives us some feedback
From what I read on Tech, MSD's are pretty good. They say Taylor wires are cheaper, but tend to fall apart. I don't have first hand experience with either of them though.
Nitrous outlet has this really nice kit that will wake your truck up and you won't ever think about wires again :D
i put the MSD's on cause they matched the truck, but when you have a coil for each plug and the wires are only 12" long then you really don't need to worry about ohms and resistance and all that hype, just go with the wires you like the best that looks the best, but that my opinion :duh:
Msd makes good wires...
I plan on going with these wires when its time for a spark plug change... I like the color green...:)

i have taylor 10.5s check em out phenomanal looking and performing wire .my 2 cents
DONT BUY THOSE! Those are teh biggest crock of shit I have ever seen.
I have had my MSDs on for 60K with no problems and I got em for about 50, they did seem to make my old 5.3 idle a little smoother it may have been in my head, no power difference that I could tell though. I agree with Mean05 they are so short it really doesnt matter.
any of you plan on upgrading to the MSD coil packs later down the road??? I know the stock ones work fine and all i just wanted to see if anyones been thinking about it... I've been wanting to get them just for the looks but i'm weird like that
They are known to cause problems and teh stock truck coils have been proven to support over 1000rwhp.
Just put a set of MSD's on mine...
