just noticed a problem HELP.A/F

I Just Installed My Lts And Duals ,i Put My X Pipe In And Installed My Wideband In The 11 O Clock Position .in The Center Of X .i Just Noticed At Idle And Going Down The Road My A/f Is All Over The Place, Cruising 55 It Is Bouncing Lean 14 -17 But Getting On It I Goes Rich Of Course To Be Expexted ,i Didnt Disable My O2s Yet But I Did Put Dielectric Jell In The Plug Ins .my Idle Is Real Shitty .o I Changed My Plugs Also Wile They Were Out Tr6s Gapped At 35 .at Idle Its All Over Lean Also ,explains Shitty Idle .whats Up Here Guys Did I Do Something Wrong ?only Thing I Could Think Of Is That The Wideband May Be Getting A Bad Signal From Both Banks Merging There Or Bouncing Around,idk ,open For Opinios Please .

It is working fine. It will go from rich to lean back and forth under cruise. It is showing you the computer is constantly correcting to keep the engine in the best mixture for economy and emissions.

Are Ya Sure It Usually Goes From 14.3 To 14.8 At Cruising ,not 14 -17 Cruising .then When I Let Of It Goes Crazy Lean .

i dont know...going back and forth from 14-17 at cruising sounds bad...that cant be right, or good...

GM has this thing cause DFCO, decel fuel cutoff. The pcm cuts fuel while coasting and no throttle, so you'll notice the gauge go lean, that is perfectly ok. During crusing, it's ok for the gauge to go up to 17, it won't hurt anything. The important part is to be sure the gauge goes rich under boost.
I run my av at 15-17 a/f ratio while cruising and it gets great mileage and has been fine for about 45K miles.

Think about this, GM doesn't allow some of their trucks to richen up over 5K and after 5secs of wide open throttle.

The sensors seem to be more accurate if they have a nice steady flow of air going over it, and steady stream, like under throttle.
