San Antonio Newbie.
Whats up peeps. just joined the site hopefully to get alot of info on stickin a 5.3l or bigger into an 1989 chevy s-10blazer. i have a 1989 chevy s-10 with a sbc 355 but want a newer lookin motor and something thats is not carbed. Hopefully i will be visitin nelsonperformance here in a couple months for there 100hp package and a lil more goodies.:cool:

Yea, Nelson can hook you up. That would be sweet to run an LS motor in an S10 blazer. I have seen one in Houston running an LS motor and was in the 11's.

Welcome to the site man. Yeah, a LS-based motor would be sweet in a S-10 Blazer... A 5.3L with the right buils specs can really make that thing fly! Nelson will be able to fulfil all of your dreams when it comes to PCM tuning...

ok i think i decided on an ls2block, built internals, l92 heads ported and l76 intake, does that sound about right?
