Looks like everything is toast! Sorry dude. I can't tell if the cylinders are scarred but I bet they are. Well time for an upgrade.

What kind of oil are you using? Tops of the pistons are really oil covered and how many miles
Looks like toast to me. It's definitely a huge ouch. It was fun while it lasted, huh. Time to start all over.
What are you replacing it with?
