Brand new, still in the box wrapped up ready to paint and install. I bought this on ebay for $225+shipping which I think came out to ~$310 total. I want to get out of it what I have in it so $310shipped and its your's.

Where are you located at for possible pick up with no shipping and does it have the insert grill with it?

How does it attach? I know one bumper on eBay said us rivets or screws which sounded shotty. Any other pics?
it rivets from the bottom and top and rear, they go where you can't see them though. don't have any other pics yet, its still in the box wrapped up. Havn't even removed it yet.
Thats a clean looking bumper. I have never seen that kinda of bumper for 99-02 before. Who makes it?
honestly I can't even remember who makes it, I'll look on the box next time I go to the shop.
