I'm putting a 5.3 in place of a tbi 4.3 in my 1991, I know I have to change to sbc mounts. Will these adapters work for what i need?

Yep, that's what you need. They are available on Ebay for under $40.

You will also need motor mounts and V8 receiver cups that bolt to the side of the engine block to do it right. Drop the lower a-arms out to get to the bolts to remove the V6 mounts.
I can just get the other parts at napa or autozone right? btw I just order the mounts for $40 thanks.
The mounts can be had at NAPA or pretty much any part store. The cups are pretty much a salvage or dealer item. They're cheap.
