I still have a clutch fan on my truck. Its a 2004. I was wondering if only one large elctric fan with a new cooler thermostat would keep the truck at normal temp or slightly cooler. Or do i need 2 smaller fans. Problem is that my coolant resvoir for my supercharger is bolted to the fan shroud. Was thinking of keeping the fan shroud with an electric fan. Any comments and help is appreciated. :smile:
dunno if it would work or not but if the cfms pulled as much as 2 fans then i dont see why it wouldnt work

If you have a cooling issue, start with WHY you have that problem.
You could start with one of these...

Put it on one side of your radiator... then maybe put another one where ever it will fit... 3,000 CFM for a 12" isn't bad... only draws 8 amps...
Or you could reverse it and use one as a pusher on one side of the radiator on the front and one as a puller on the other side on the rear...

If you have the 34 inch radiator you can get some ls1 f body fans and they might fit inside of shroud with none or little modification as those fans are about 3 inches short on each side. mario
