Other than my bolt on mods, what stall would work great with my 4.8. Also has anyone installed Bassani headers on there truck and how do you like em? Heard anything on them?

What are your plans for the truck (street/strip or best possible ET)? IF street strip anywhere between 2600-3000 would be great and still driveable. Best possible ET then for stock cam 3200-3600 will really get you moving in a hurry. As far as headers for significant power gains $per horsepower the pacesetters are hard to beat. Really nice sound and quicker revs. They boost power right from idle. the only drawback is some exhaust work will be needed as it is not exactly a bolt in deal, but since you have duals I would recommend only buying the headers and no Y pipe. mario
i have an SS3200 in my truck, its a heads/cam 4.8L, made just over 340rwhp with the stock converter. I have some old long tube headers and 4.10 gears also. Runs VERY good. The 4.8L likes rpm to make power.
I will be using as my dd and occasionally a strip run or two. I just want to put a little more pep in the step if ya know what I mean. Thanks. I am going with the pacesetters. I am also gonna go with a 3200 stall. I have had 4.10 gears till I murdered my posi unit and the gears and loved them. I will be replacing my stock unit again with another posi unit and 4.10's. Thanks again guys!
