Yea I would think if 03 tails fit on 00's I would belive what your talking about will ift.
99-02 lights will fit the 03-07 classics and vice versa. The only difference is the wiring harness. The '03 and up lights have an extra bulb on the bottom outside of the light that works with the blinkers.

Correct. The wiring harnesses are plug and play and shouldnt be more than 40 bucks for the pair from the stealerships. They are 2 seperate part numbers.
The 03's have a red surround, and the 04-07 classics have a black surround. With your paint, do the 04-07's. Or you can do like I did and not even put a bulb in there and not worry about the extra blinker bulb.... I am not sure about the circuit not being loaded sufficiently...leaving that bulb out may make it blink fast. Mine doesn't blink fast because I have all LEDs....
i would not buy the harness...just go to a autoparts store...get two 194 pig tails..and tap them into the turn signal wires...takes 5 mins, and cost 5 dollars.
I was always curious why my 03+ tails has red aroudn them....cause all i ever saw was black! Good thing cause im not a fan of the blakc surround
ok cool thanks guys
