a connector cant be too expensive, have u tried a junk yard or parts store or even a dealership?

parts stores don't have it, they keep on tring to sell me 4ga wire, and i tell them i don't need 4ga wire, i need the connector that plugs into the side of the alt
the dealership and the junk yards are A-holes, they want to sell me the hole engine harness
the junkyards don't want to cut up a good harness as they call it, but i can see that they already cut it to get it out of the vehicle
The dealer will have it. It may cost you $20 but it will save you the aggrevation. If your local dealer won't find it for you, call someone else. The dealer will have the bare connector with a pigtail wire connection hanging out of it or it will come with the connectors and the wires seperate so you can plug in only what you need.

its has 4 pins
its from mid 90's gm style alt
i just need the connector so i can re-pin my stock wire to work with this, i have the pins i just don't have the connector, im thinking about just putting the single pin on it for now until i get my hands on the connector

i have a 160amp alt on the truck right now thats made for my truck but i got my hands on this 260amp alt for a homeboy hook up price that i couldn't pass up the deal
